Claims over $3,000.00:

23% on claims ranging from $2,000.00 to $2,999.00

25% on claims ranging from $1,000.00 to $1,999.00

28% on claims ranging from $500.00 to $999.00

33% on claims ranging from $201.00 to $499.00

50% on claims ranging from $100.00 to $200.00

55% on claims $99.00 or less

Claims over one (1) year old 50%

Litigation 40% on all claims

Flat Fee Payment Demands $50.00 (One time fee)
For those accounts that require only a Payment Demand to prompt payment
